| Downtown Clemson real estate is special, and this is your chance to experience it! The very limited traffic and noise make Poole Lane one of the best streets in Clemson to reside, and you're about a 10-minute walk to campus, shopping, dining, and more. As you approach, you'll be greeted by lush landscaping and steps up to a cozy and inviting screened porch with an included mounted TV. The main floor presents many options for both entertaining and everyday living. Relax and gather in either the living room or the keeping room, both adorned with an authentic wood-burning fireplace and wood stove, respectively. The updated kitchen features granite countertops, newer cabinets, an island with bar seating, and a formal dining area perfect for larger gatherings. The main floor also includes three bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, and an office/den. Downstairs provides great bonus space, including a rustic recreation area, a 4th bedroom, a full bath, and a laundry room (the lower level is heated but not cooled--being below grade on 2 sides keeps it nice and cool year round). The current owners have even drawn up plans for an attached two-car garage with a workshop/storage area, and living space above, including 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a living room, and a second kitchen. This quaint niche street allows for easy walking, biking, and golf cart commuting to Clemson University and is located less than two miles from access to Lake Hartwell. **Buyer receive up to $7,500 if using preferred lender, New Story Lending** |
