About Katie

I grew up in Virginia Beach and attended UNCW.  After college, I moved to Charlotte and then on to Nashville.  I always had the dream of being able to return and in 2016 we did! My husband and I were able to move our family back to Wilmington and we could not be happier!  I have 2 super active boys, Brodie (13) and Dylan (10) and we love doing anything outside and on the water.  I believe that this area of the country is one of the best places to live and I am thrilled to have the opportunity to help others make the Greater Wilmington area their home too. If you are new to town or simply looking for something new, I look forward to assisting you with the process.  From the initial search, all the way to the closing table, you can count on me to be with you every step of the way.
