Karen Coyle

Karen was born and raised in Bethlehem PA, graduated from the University of Delaware, and had a successful corporate career working in the retail industry at the senior management level. She has lived in New York City; Bridgewater, NJ; Portland, Maine; and Newtown, PA.

She and her husband Jim moved to Magnolia Greens Plantation in Leland with their 2 rescue dogs. They decided to move south, like many other “almost but not quite retirees” to lead an active lifestyle in a much warmer climate close to beaches, numerous top rated golf courses, college town life, great restaurants and a great downtown Riverwalk. The Wilmington area is thriving with growth and cultural experiences, and a very desirable, sought after real estate market.

Karen Coyle's many years in consumer products have taught her the main objective is always you – the customer! Knowing what your wants and needs are is the most important part of the job.  Through her many home buying and selling experiences she has learned that education, communication and follow through are key in providing you an enjoyable home buying experience and finding you the ideal home!

She started her real estate career in Pennsylvania, and has been in real estate in this area for the last 14 years.
